As for the basher above that told me to grow a pair, mate no need to berate someone just because they have a slightly different view to you.

I am by no way a down ramper. 2.5 positive posts to 1 critical or maginally negative is a good track record to have. I would be more concerned with those that have 500 positive to 0 negative. No company is perfect, we all make mistakes.
