    What happens in a Chinese takeover scenario? Do the company shares just get bought at a certain price and shareholders get paid out at whatever price it's sold for?

    And would Chinese takeover still be a positive thing for shareholders? Or would it be better if things just go as currently planned with European interest and contracts etc and production in next 2-4 years?
