    I don't know but it's a very effective way to control the price.

    I'm pretty sure whoever's running the bots don't specifically target AVZ - they're more likely setting the bots free on whichever share meets the criteria of the search algorithm ie. volume & price movement / volatility.

    Interesting & frustrating watching them work.
