@WoodySpoonYour narrative is still based from your POV as to how you "want" to see things play out.
Im sure others smarter than myself, (I cannot talk on your behalf), will be investigating to put in place a workable "solution" that allows business to be conducted across the international spectrum with the invent of several vacines. I do note that business, whilst subdued, has continued to an extent over the last 10mths or so whilst no vacine was available.
No one knows the opportunity that may prevail in 3-5mths time with the availability of these vacines now being produced, how countries implement and uptake their strategies or even how the vaccine may be implemented from a commercial POV to workers/professionals operating within the international community, so that their work may continue. Im sure the international business world will be looking for solutions, not hurdles as seems to be your suggestion. The roll out has only just started and IMO momentuem will gather moving forward.
I like the saying, "The measure of man is not the excuses he makes, its how he overcomes the problem", are you an excuser or a doer ?
But by all means, you can continue to specifically isolate and dial in your agrument down to a Coy that may or may not require international input into a proposed mine, a mine that is in fact yet to reach FID, let alone announce the final methodoly and contractors etc that are engaged to construct/develop said mine. I cannot answer your question as there has been nothing anounced that the works you refer to that are "bound to be impacted", are even scheduled for commencement.
But carry on with your narrative and enjoy your day, im off for Friday beers over looking the water at sunny Newy !!!!
