Morning Star is over valued too.
The lithium sector is getting hammered today I think partly due to PLS quarterly report yesterday where they said the Spod price was currently in the US$400-430 range.
Based on that price then all the lithium stocks are overvalued but the market is looking at least one year ahead and the spod price should be much higher by then.
Clearly a lot of profit taking going on, stop losses kicking in, a few margin calls and I suspect some shorting going on today on all lithium stocks.
Any further sign of that the spod price is increasing further and everyone will be buying back in again and the shorts will be covering their positions.
