    My guess is Yibin/CATL are chomping on the bit wanting to lock-in an OT ASAP. Thing is, it’s now a sellers market and NF and the board now likely have plenty of keen buyers wanting juicy OT’s. I think Yibin/CATL will get an OT but it will now be on terms that are very favourable to us.
