Yes I think the expectation run for AVZ Jorc will start shortly. Most likely the reversal in the last 2 weeks was the start. That is buyers wanting some exposure to the re-rate expected on the back of a Maiden Jorc start building position well before due date hence soaking up supply and causing a expectation rally. If you want cheapies you just can't wait till the days before its due as price will be much higher by then. Typically 4-6 weeks out for the exposure interest to start. Personally I don't think there is much risk of AVZ turning up a decent Maiden Jorc frankly.

Sometimes maiden jorcs do not meet expectations - TAW comes to mind. Sometimes they exceed them massively ie KDR.

We will have to wait to see what AVZ brings to the table. But something tells me we will land nearer the KDR end of the spectrum here.

Im also interested in the metallurgical studies as this will add another level of certainty.
