thanks bomb. Nigel mentioned 80% funding . If we assume balance of 20% is equity then my calcs show that the dilution is equivalent to a 5 cent drop from the as-is share price . So currently that would drop us to 15c . BUT when we are fully funded the SP is likely 50c ++ so 45c++. Basically, the dilution effect is immaterial here . Cross this one off your downrampers could have something list .

Me, I think the 20% is to grease the wheel with Catl/yibin/Huayou and the belt and road . We’ll see but looking very very good now for a strong rerate.

I’m still topping up even at these prices and love the bots .... pity I just can’t eat up any more of their sell loads .
