Certainly possible Mali could be affected. But there is MUCH less trade between Mali and the South of Africa than DRC obviously. So the SA Covid strain may impact Mali, but it will DEFINITELY impact DRC much more given the land based trade routes South of Lubumbashi via Zambia and heading through Zimbabwe - whose economy has been largely shut down for over a month now.
