Fair overview and I can see where you are coming from.
Food for thought thou, if you were the cap raise of $15mill @ $.25C would you be wiling to take a sale price less than the cap raise value. Also I believe offers of $.40c had been kicked around and declined by the management.
I'm not sure what the value would be but it seems historical events have set bench marks.
