Hi Donegoldemon, not sure where you got that I said it was a fixed price. This was my response to Roller this morning.

"You could be right and I would imagine it would be % based pricing, however when I spoke with the company many moons ago about this deal there was an indication of an upfront payment. I suspect given the dramatic price increase of Tin, Nigel might be wanting a larger sweetener."

The deal will always be % based, however I believe AVZ was looking to secure an upfront fee. This would dramatically help line our coffers in the short term along with assist in funding the $15mil equity stake that is required for the additional % from Dathomir.

This extra equity % will be very valuable if we offer equity for payment in the future.
