I wouldn't think there wouldn't be anything stopping him releasing that he has secured 80% of the funding. Unless of cause its bulshit. He could even release details like interest rate , payback timetable, who the money's from. That would certainly give the market confidence and also send a message to ot partners that we are going mining with or without you. But alas nothing imo .
