No is the simple answer. He is aware of it......and sounded just as frustrated actually. We didnt discuss whether or not he intended to do anything about it. But i would hope he has Leonard keeping a daily eye on the register to see if any of the parties they are discussing the equity component with arent playing around to keep the VWAP down.
