Ever the optimist, I hope you're right!

I think it likeliest we will get one more OT in March and others pushed back to April, given track record, but agree if it's the right one and with the right company we could get the next leg up - despite the market's seeming ambivalence over the last agreement which I found somewhat surprising.

anyway finger crossed that NF and co may yet pull the rabbit out of the hat and nail three to four excellent agreements in next 10 business days; you never know.
