I am not especially experienced regarding mining companies but is it possible the market strongly enjoyed the first OT and just considered the next ones were business as usual? As the first proved sufficient and then the market is waiting for the next steps? (Funding, SEZ, ML)

Otherwise, we AVZ bulls, have the feeling that the share should have rallied, but has not. Some are speaking about something bigger? What could it be? And who would be aware of it?

I would think that the major player would be the one knowing, but then why sign an OT just now if you are aware of something negative?
