I've spoken to Tim, and Tim says its because the well trumpeted CR will be needed in a couple of months, and these capping pricks think they are going to get it on the cheap. Nigel seems to be saying something quite different, and it could all come from a JV partner, and he's also getting very 'picky' there too.

The daily pattern is hilarious - absorb morning buying, dump a few into the bids, wake the bots up while go to lunch, come back from lunch, stick a capping offer on late in the day, sell a few into the close, then hope to get most of them back in the auction, but keep the ones stolen off the worry warts
