Also there is no chance of non payment as the product is checked before it boards the boat and when it arrives the other end. Payment via a approved letter of credit with a reputable non Chinese bank. Better than WA arrangements.
I would expect a lower interest rate on the loan compared to the discount rate that could be obtained from a prepayment.
