I agree: This is how they keep the SP down and even lower, by getting investors used to the idea that this company shares only go down on ann. It is absolutely the most effective way of keeping the price negative or level pegging. They get you believing that only a a TO ann will have a positive impact, in the meantime they are keeping the SP low and loading up on shares at the same time. The net result is greater bargaining power from lower base on TO offer.
