Huayou I reckon could afford the whole lot around 40c and would take it that if they could. They (not necessarily just Huayou0) probably still at the 50c+ mark. At these levels fear would be required to make 50-60 look acceptable. We touched 37c so 40c wont work for broad agreement to the offer. 55c would start to look acceptable to "some" as long as the fear continues. But as Jorc/results come in its going to be hard to keep prices down and fear up and 55c as looking attractive ... go figure ... still think a TO a long way off?
