I'm sure some would but I think you're too low for Mgmt, Top 20 and the majority of longs/holders ... there's a hardcore of diehards here that want north of this but you can see how its very very possible that the TO is cent sensitive. The fear has killed the $1 talk so its done its job on managing expectations. Expect anything less than 55c to get drop-kicked.
