Happy to disagree as part of FID is further dilution and nothing else is a CR ... Did I miss something when Nigel stated 30% equity invest (15% Dathcom und 20% AVZ shares) for FID? After FID I tend to agree no further CR should be on the agenda for Roche Dure (!) mining.

Nigel also mentioned that the huge quantity of shares (SOI) could be an issue afterwards where some consolidation will be helpful then ... keep that in mind, too.
