I just think that the TO crew are cent sensitive yet owners want nearer the dollar bracket as they have a pretty good idea how vast and valuable this resource is (especially to the Chinese). Its a tug o war: "you will relish every TO cent as you see the SP crumble back to 9c" versus "given how much your cities and your economy and your country's global strategy need this, $1 is small change especially when you see our ongoing JORC results".
I think the buying party are still at 40-50c early TO mindset and management are at 80c+ later on in the year, next year when you start frothing at the mouth with impatience mindset ,
Well at least I hope that's the case.
