IMHO the reality is the broader market doesn't have the fortitude or backbone to stomach the risk of avz atm until a) DRC government backing (mining licence/sez) and b) the willingness of an entity to finance the project.

If/when both of these key points are put behind us even the naysayers should realise you'd be mad not to have some skin in the game, it's just a matter of when they realise.
What people need to be aware of imo is that the major rerate can sometimes only occur once a project is up running and in production and no matter how much it rerates before then it won't be until 2023 that we see the full potential.
Alternately we look like the biggest pack of idiots who blew all their cash on a dodgy project in the middle of Africa and cop the flack for years to come.
Meantime the anxious wait can be helped with a prescription for valium or similar from your friendly local GP. Don't recommend foraging for the mushrooms though, cos we know how that turns out.
