China needs the DRC for its future electrical revolution and the DRC would kill any reputation it’s carefully built with the entire global investment community. Given the prime Ministers political accumen and reputation and history I don’t think that is even remotely possible.
If you want to worry about sovereign risk in the DRC worry about his opponents IMO.
