im not sure i understand your thought pattern here with cash on hand and ordering long lead items. long lead items will cost more then a couple million even on a deposit basis. with that in mind dont you think nigel and the team would know this already and have thought about this a long time ago and have pushed for a CR months back to pursue the long lead items neccessary for the immediate purchase? people also forgetting 550 million US isnt a small amoujt of money so yes this is going to take its time and there will be ups and downs, hurdles and what not, its a fooking mine in the middle of the DRC for got sake. imagine if some of the HC members were on the board, i could only imagine the panic and distress that would happen at the board room meetings! haha
