Running discussion on SP, page-43254

I've been invested for several years now and stopped paying attention a while ago.
Can someone save me the research time and answer the most important question for AVZ , why does the share price stay stagnant no matter how many good announcements are released and how our resource keeps growing.
All I can think of is the infrastructure isn't there to ship the resource and people aren't jumping on until its resolved and there's a clear path to how it will be done.
Apologies in advance if that seems like a dumb and lazy question.
