Meanwhile we have achieved several huge offtakes with major companies on our terms and tell that to PLL with its piddly low grade deposit and there 90c without a DFS and a JORC of 39.2Mt 1.09% Li2O compared to AVZ: 400.4 Mt @1.65% with an exploration target of 1.5 billion tonnes that Manging Director Nigel Ferguson stated can be "achieved easily" especially with our largest pegmatite Carriere De L'est not yet JORC'ed(but currently being drilled where high grade lithium including over 2% can be found at surface!)-will increase NPV significantly!

Management and financiers are sensibly waiting for the SEZ due this month before deals are done. This will make an enormous difference to the NPV, pay back period with possible VAT exemption, and other tax and duty exemptions including a multi-year tax holiday and increasing stake in AVZ. No doubt this will all be computed into the updated DFS, including the much elevated lithium and tin prices and increase resource from the high grade wedge drilling which will produce an outstanding DFS and make an already outstanding financial case(old DFS) be off the charts.

Meanwhile the world will need our lithium as a shortage is predicted by 2023, and there is only one company that can meet the demand with its cheap hard rock(preferred by battery manufacturers), easy to mine homogenous high grade with the lowest deleterious elements deposit which can produce SC6 without costly beneficiation.

I am here for the long term but plenty of catalysts for short and medium term including SEZ, primary lithium sulphate offtakes, tin offtakes, mining licence, and finance to name a few. BTW I have no problem with finance, as Nigel has stated he expects 80% from DFI's but I notice you on twitter have deliberately lied putting up 50%. Talk about misinforming the public, and someone who cannot be trusted

I am maintaining my share price prediction that AVZ will be multiples of where we are now and it will not be unrealistic if 50c plus is achieved before years end.

Interesting comment. All Indications in the pipeline. Don't see why this continually needs to be an us vs them thing here. Drives me nuts tbh. I make no bones about disliking a few holders that have turned this forum into their personal ramp vehicle. Please don't get confused between my criticism for them and discussion on the stock. It's a shame SupYaught can't see that, I've appreciated his commentary. AVZ has been on my watch list for ages, and will provide fantastic exposure Li once built.

I only wished to discuss this transition point between research to development. Which is crucial to all asx dog stocks. Many an operator burnt their seed investors on the way to first deliveries.

It is around this point in which that happens. Should be perfectly reasonable to discuss the debt financing split at this point. Particularly since the sell off is a direct result of that consideration with respect the the qtrs left of funding.

Please don't confuse my frustration with a hand full of holders with healthy discussion on how avz are going to skin this cat. Not unethical to be sceptical.

Let's see what SEZ does, but still think it's got to be answered where the money will come from to secure the additional equity.
