PLS has huge cash flow and just absorbed Altura I would say they are in a very , very strong position especially with the rapidly rising price of Lithium it's boom time from here PLS doesn't need any JV everything is already up and running . AVZ on the other will need a JV And it will be a little like this 5% AVZ/ 25% FOR DRC DICTATOR/ 70% CHINA
