My understanding is that finance isn’t going to be a problem at all, that there’s no need to lock in further OT’s now as all the security needed for finance is provided by the 3 OT’s already in place.

With this being the case, better to finalise the MSEZ and ML (which are just a short matter of time now) and the finance, then finalise negotiations on OT’s from an even stronger position and get more bang for buck from the announcements and in turn shareholder value.
