I think consensus is that we finally have the (official) validation of the DRC government in writing. In a form out of 'left field' but nonetheless should represent a key milestone having been accomplished just as clearly as any sez or ml and hopefully should instill the same confidence in the market and put us on an upwards trajectory leading in to those milestones.

Seems some taxi drivers around here had the way of it.
