Interesting Buy:Sell Ratio
If you note the sell side from 16.5 to 20 there are around 1 to 2 million shares per line. Therefore on the surface it looks like a 1:1 ratio of buy to sell. Trader and his mates want to scare the weak hands. What did he say this morning:
"Re-test of $0.15 will come for another go.... the breather is still here but, not for long" :go HERE
and then the other day:
"We will try to break clean the 16 cents today and if successfully, we will drive it towards the next target which is 15 cents." go HERE:
Take those shares away the reality is a lot different. Buy:Sell ratio of 2.5:1. and closer to 3:1 if you take into account possible false sells further down the sell line.
Therefore,
people who have done their research want in! and I am not surprised.
The next lot of assays from 7 drill holes are
due now!, and will confirm the homogeneity and lithium grade further along the strike and will give a good indication of the size of the JORC.
Another big factor for me will be the
metallurgical analysis due within 2 weeks! This will indicate how easy it is to produce a spodumene concentrate(% and recovery). Also AVZ's deposit is such that you could potentially produce tin and spodumene concentrate from the same ore(quick/cheap) and it will be interesting whether they have yet confirmed this in tests.
I am expecting results from both the assays and the metallurgicals to be stellar, going from our past history and it is to be remembered in the 1980's they produced a 6.8%
spodumene concentrate(battery grade) with recoveries of over 80%
from the pits using dense media separation.
Therefore these
2 sets of results I believe will be of paramount importance to the big entities circling AVZ(battery makers, battery material suppliers & miners) before any JV/Offtake/Takeover decisions are made and could represent a green light for them to push the button.
I therefore see AVZ a great buying opportunity at these bargain prices before these results come to light. By that time the SP(from results/potential investment decisions) could be off and away.
