Taken to court by the CFD provider as he was defrauding them. Who would be prosecuting in our case? Should AVZ start taking shareholders to court for trying to manipulate and accumulate more shares? Maybe the mom and dad investors could all chip in and fund a legal battle? Has anyone who didn't choose to sell made a financial loss here? Don't hate the player, hate the game.
