    I wonder about the viability of PLS to Europe due to the EU Emissions Trading System. An EU plant closer to mine would reduce carbon penalties considerably from what I've read and particularly going in to the future as the rules tighten.
    No reason not to send PLS to India or elsewhere.
    All imo.
