August now ? Back peddling much ? I provided my views a few weeks ago on the missed, delayed timelines from AVZ. You refuted these claims and stated they would come thick and fast and would be delivered on schedule.
@keatz where do i even begin ? It might be easier if you go back and review some of my earlier posts from a few weeks back where i discussed in greater detail.
- PLS Offtake (Further unscheduled Met work being completed, no PLS offtake till Q3/Q4)
- HEPP Award in May (Government had comments and RFI's on AVZs application, company will take a few months to address comments don't expect until Q3)
- ML & ESIA submitted in Q1 (Todays Ann is quiet clear this was Q2)
- ML and ESIA awarded in May (These will be Q3/Q4)
- All leading towards FID in June (0% Chance of this occurring in June now as i previously noted, expect a Q4 FID at the earliest)
- Construction of both Plants and associated infrastructure in under 24 months (This will be the biggest delay of them all IMO, expect a 2024 at the earliest First concentrate on train)
Whilst todays interview was great and made a few LTHs feel warm and fuzzy inside, the announcements in Q2 to date have failed to deliver anything material. A short listen to AVZ's last interview with Small Caps from back in October 2020 and it is much of the same re-hashed information. My favourite part of the October 2020 interview "FID we expect by March 2021.......... no issues with raising the US$15M for the additional 10% of the project".
