The PLS studies are still progressing and Nigel expects the result in the next 1 to 2 months. Nigel tended to infer that any offtake would require further end product to be analysed by any prospective purchaser. My guess on the extra Capital proposed would be for an onsite Sulphuric Acid plant. Nigel indicated in his long term vision for AVZ, that he would prefer any output expansion to be based on PLS. Other comments about long term vision were about AVZ assisting in getting more processing completed on site.
I raised questions on what proposals are being considered for the equity component of capital including J/V. I did not receive any relevant response. I was advised that they still had adequate capital for a couple of months.
Nigel also covered aspects of Power generation, tin possibilities etc which are progressing OK.
The key items are still getting a mining license and then finance.
