This caught my eye also. Surely they can determine, for example, if the manipulation is by a related party, say a funder, suitor, holderer, whoever. That they are only now investigating is a surprise to me. Further they can see the dummy offer parked at 99c distorting the depth so why don't they petition ASX rather than leaving it to hapless retail holders to pursue. Methinks a lot more is known about the SP suppression than they're letting on.
