Though it could just as easily be a full-time day-trader, with an algo program, and (lets say 5m shares maximum) who is churning the sh!t out of it. Wins most days but not every day. He/she could be Pakistani for all I know, even Australian!
But I think you're on to it personally - this project is one they will be desperate to not lose
