There are always reasons for delays and it doesn't have to be bad management. There is a thing around called Covid which forces borders to be closed. Accidents can also happen which happened to be one of the main things that caused the delay in the drilling.
If you had asked the question at the meeting you would have been told. But no, you have to harp on about it here and annoy everyone. Its just pathetic!
