Hey mate, that’s a little harsh and hasty in my opinion.
Ive got some serious brine holdings as well as my spod friends. Brine is the cheapest step to carbonate whilst spod is the cheapest road to hydroxide.
Both can can be converted into the other but requires extra costs, around US$2000 to convert carbonate into hydroxide, from memory it’s a similar cost vice versa.
Some of the last years indicative data on Carbonate and Hydroxide pricing will show the swings and roundabouts in pricing. Hydroxide was preferred then carbonate looked to be in control, Hydroxide has progressed since then.
Still watching the progress on solid state batteries, 2/3rd more lithium and double the range depending on whose figures you are reading, quicker to charge and a longer life.
They also love a carbonate feed. I’ll leave it there.
In all honesty I believe all Lithium companies will have a hell of a decade or two.
Best wishes mate as there is soo much room on these tables it’s insane. In that I mean room to to move.
