I like the unpredictability of anns currently... It makes it all the more difficult to trade it, ie, for Dt'ers /STT'ers and hence their chopping in and out is minimized and prevents organised and orchestrated moves such has we had recently.
On the flip side we have investors, and they don't really care if ann's are a little early or late really as long as its good. The caveat to the above is that I don't like long gaps between anns (eg, greater than 3 weeks). Long gaps are not good as attention of holders and potential holders who may become investors tends to drift and so does the share price. PLS had it down to a fine art during their exploration phase with unpredictable (time wise) ann's every one to three weeks. It keeps folks on there toes and stokes continued interest. Company reporting has been good lately regular updates and surprises early and late anns mixes it up nicely.
Thumbs up mgmt from me
The recent metallurgical report was pivotal +ive milestone IMHO (not that many understood it ...certainly not the hot money wafting in and out) but it is a cornerstone announcement for the company. More on that later
