Wow that's some poor journalism, pretty key detail there. Was thinking as I read the article that this goes counter to everything the DRC seems to have to been doing lately with bringing in foreign investment and renewing crappy contracts and leaning more towards US/Western partnerships than Chinese. Makes sense now that it's not DRC where this happened lol.
