Gotta admit. It is one committed capper. I had absolutley no faith that 17 cents would win today. Despite roughly 8 of those 10 mins, where 17 cents was indeed winning. All to many times those buy orders evaporate just before the auction is complete, or the sell is loaded in this case (sometimes a bit of both).
