The most likely outcome of an investigation would be to place the company into a Trading Halt until ASIC completes there investigation. Probably a loooong investigation.
Did you receive any confirmation from ASIC that they resolved the spoofing or was it just assumed that ASIC stepped in?
Not saying reporting is a bad thing just that it may actually have a negative impact if the company is halted.
