The big question is, does AVZ have enough strength and long enough legs to get through this period.
Manono will be mined.
AVZ fights for AVZ and the DRC fights for the DRC.
The DRC wants to get this mined by a group, which gives the DRC the biggest benefits without becoming handcuffed to that group.
The biggest benefits for the DRC is only achieved short term by digging big holes and flogging the resource to the biggest bidder. It is called rape and pillage. One only have to look at Western Australia how that looks like.
The biggest benefit for the DRC, short and long term, is to mine and process its resources locally.
Create work for its population and not finish up with a moon landscape with huge big holes and the money in Swiss bank accounts for a few.
All IMO.

mate the last thing you mention here is a major motivator for me as an investor. which is obviously not the approach to have if you want to make $$. but none the less. I feel sound knowing I am in a position to enable jobs for DRC and jobs for Aus.
