I’m trying to understand the process behind the suggested gradual accumulation and then sell off at $0.200 by the same party.

Are you suggesting that this is happening on the basis that they are hoping that their buying will push the price up to their large sell off price, perhaps of 1.5m shares or more, and that on the way they are expecting not to have bought that many?

If this is the case then it is best hoped that they aren’t one of the parties who contributed to the $0.13 raise, because that may just be part of a fortnight long pump and dump (a la Langford with the suggested?? sale of his 15m options).
