The real situation is the DRC will not see a single dollar from this project if it is not developed by AVZ. So to rob something from nothing equals nothing

So they are not being robbed at all as you allude to.

Concessions are granted by Gov'ts everywhere all over the world to incentivise investment that may not otherwise happen without the incentive.

The incentive of MSEZ will enable the development of Manono and bring untold social benefit to this region for the benefit of the DRC Govt. If the DRC Govt was able to do this n their own, they would have done it by now.

Fact is they need developments of the large mineral endowment they have by mining companies to develop these projects, and in turn generate revenues, employ local people, improve social infrastructure and pay revenue to the Govt by way of Tax when the development becomes profitable.
