Well clearly we have backed the wrong horse in the past year, on a peer comparison level. I do however think that this horse will gallop quite nicely once we have the big de-riskers crossed off and current uncertainties bedded down somewhat. I believe if you were to enter now this will make a tasty long term play - especially if there is an eventual JV partner with an established player and someone else takes over the reins from our management team. But for those of us here for years? Yes there has been some frustration watching lesser deposits enter the stratosphere whilst we slumber
