Just 2 weeks ago in the July 21 update , AVZ stated for the first time , the governmental steps required for the mining licence approval
"The process for the award of the Mining Licence requires an expert committee review, meeting of multisectorial Ministers, including the Mines, Industry and Finance Ministers to consider the expert
recommendations on the application submissions, following which, the Council of Ministers will meet,
presided by the President and managed by the Prime Minister to provide a final decision."
Looks like our man Serge yesterday met with the exact ministerial departments required , & more ...
"The delegation includes senior advisors to the President of Mines & Energy, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Mines, Ministry of Planning & Ministry of Finance & was accompanied by AVZ Minerals' Director of Corporate Affairs, Mr Serge Ngandu."
Lets hope this meeting at the end of the month , chaired by the President (as described in our update) is the one we have all been waiting for
We were also told yesterday that the President is fully supportive of AVZ & the development . Not just that all in the room yesterday (senior advisors) are supportive . Doesn't sound much , but there's a big difference .
The mining licence , & a quality major jv partner (non Chinese) will finally see us rerate accordingly .
