He should pester the fk out of them.
He should offer to help in anyway he can.
Anything really. Which I'm sure he is.
If its delayed any further what he should really do is forego his high salary and just get paid in shares.
I do think we will get a Friday trading halt for the sitting for ML. Given that he last mentioned that he seemed to think it was meant to be end of July it sounds like he does get some sort of heads up as to the agendas.
