There is no certainty the ambitions of the group WTI (Saudi Royal connections) has a connection to K-battery Enterprises....... Instead their connection points to a battery tech start up in the US, run by Indian techies with a plant proposed in Southern India.

Of course there may be a hidden Trojan horse considering the existential threat posed by China...... IMO, the Koreans would need to engage the Congolese with a star studded proposal
